Abstract

Organised by the Hungarian Mining and Metallurgical Society (OMBKE), Clean Steel 7 was held in Balatonfured, Hungary on 4–6 June 2007. Seven sessions in a parallel session format covered a wide range of cleanness topics, from clean steel production practices to improving the fundamental understanding of inclusion formation, and from new sample preparation techniques to data analysis. Good and open discussion helped to provide insight into the work presented by the various researchers.
