Abstract
The characters of the twisted n = 2 super-Virasoro algebra (or equivalently, the twisted su(2) Kac-Moody algebra) and the closely related characters for the twisted sector of the parafermion algebra are represented in terms of order N Θ-constants with characteristics. All modular invariants for order N Θ-functions with characteristics are characterized by δ| N such that either δ or N/ δ is odd. The modular invariant Z 2 orbifold partition functions for theories with c = 3 k/( k + 2) are found and classified in an A-D-E series.
