Abstract
The paper gives the classification of forensic art examination objects. Consideration is given to the features of conducting the forensic art examination and to the main directions of objects research on the issues of belonging to those that have a cultural value. Determination is made for the authenticity and cost of objects, as well as for the availability of pornographic signs and propaganda of violence and cruelty cults.

Найпоширенішим у практиці судової мистецтвознавчої експертизи є питання про належність досліджуваного предмета до культурних цінностей, а, отже, стосовно сфери дій, що регламентуються відповідними нормативно-правовими документами. Що об’єднуючою ланкою судових мистецтво знавчих експертиз усіх трьох складових першого напряму, де об’єкти досліджень – культурні цінності, є те, що для вирішення будь-якого питання постанови дослідження необхідно починати з визначення автентичності твору, використовуючи при цьому як стилістичні, так і техніко-технологічні, фізичні, хімічні, матеріалознавчі та інші методи дослідження. Судова мистецтвознавча експертиза розподіляється за характером питань, які вона вирішує стосовно певних об’єктів, на такі, де об’єктами досліджень є твори пластичних і прикладних мистецтв або предмети антикваріату та де об’єктом дослідження є інформація (відео, фото, тексти), що стосується суспільної моралі. Кожен із напрямів судових мистецтвознавчих експертиз розподіляється на кілька окремих складових залежно від різновиду (класифікаційних ознак) предмета, що досліджується
