Abstract
The theoretical and practical significance of the classification of constitutional values is noted. The constitutions of the Republic of Belarus and other states are analyzed. The main approaches to fixing universal (universal) values in the text of the constitutions of various states are determined. Regional, pan-European and pan-Eurasian groups of constitutional values are considered. The national catalog of constitutional values is investigated, on the basis of which the specific classification of constitutional values is carried out: primary and derived; current and prospective; strata levels, families (layers), organizational; higher and others; absolute and relative; social, digital and others.
