Abstract

AbstractThe basement oil and gas reservoirs in BeiEr Sag of Hailaer basin are mainly bedrock buried hill reservoirs at the top of buried hill, bounded by the top of Budate group, and formed buried hill reservoirs represented by weathering crust at the top of buried hill at the bottom. According to the definition of buried hill, different types of buried hill in BeiEr Sag of Hailaer basin are identified and the distribution range is demarcated based on the newly processed 3D contiguous seismic data; under the structural background, the formation mechanism of different types of buried hill and its relationship with oil and gas accumulation are studied; the type of oil and gas reservoir is mainly caused by structure, and the fault controls the reservoir obviously. Through deepening the study of buried hill reservoir formation, it is recognized that the buried hill reservoir in BeiEr Sag of Hailaer basin has great exploration potential and is an important exploration field.KeywordsBuried hillClassificationFormation mechanismBeiEr SagHailar basin
