Abstract
A classical model with dynamical deformations and orientations degrees of freedom is presented for collisions of deformed nuclei. Applications of this model are made to the damping effects and to sub-Coulomb transfer in 238U+ 238U reactions at Elabk=7.42 and 5.05-6.07 MeV/u, respectively.
