Abstract
The patient presented at the Postdoctoral Orthodontic Clinic at Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery as a 12 year and 10 months old boy from the Dominican Republic whose chief complaint was “I don’t like the way my two top teeth are ahead in relation to the other ones.” The patient’s medical history was noncontributory and his dental history included routine dental check-ups. Other findings and history were unremarkable and perverse habits were not present.
