Abstract

The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit vacated the ruling of the district court, finding that the district court did not have subject matter jurisdiction to certify a plaintiff class in a class action copyright infringement suit where the vast majority of class claims arose from the infringement of unregistered copyrights.
