Abstract
Clamp and Rod Internal Fixationは、生物学的骨接合法という最近の骨折治療の考えに沿った内固定装置であり、汎用性が広い。今回、輪禍や術後再骨折により大腿骨骨折を生じた6症例に対して、CRIFを用いて整復し、概ね良好な術後経過を辿ったが、いくつか合併症が認められたため、今後適用を見定めていく必要があると思われた。
