Civil-military integration: a new model of training the civilian primary health workers

Abstract

Intensifying the continuing education of the primary doctors is of the important measures for increasing their specialized skills and improving the condition of primary care.Continuing education of primary health workers is an effective measure to increase their expertise and improve the condition of primary care.In recent years,conforming to the national health care reform,the Fourth Military Medical University has followed the notion of civil-military integration to make full use of its advantages to provide training for civilian primary health workers.In the training,with the exploring and practicing of the one two three four five six model,which are very effective and greatly enhances the ability of the primary doctors and training quality.This practice obviously pushes forward development of local primary medical work.
