Introduction

Mental health concerns are the primary cause of disability and affect 10 million adults in the United States (Insel, 2015; Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration, National Survey on Drug Use & Health, 2014; World Health Organization, 2004). Therapeutic interventions can reduce these numbers substantially (Abbass, Kisley, et al, 2014; Hayes, Pistorello, & Levin, 2012; Hooper & Larsson, 2015; Insel, 2015; Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration, National Survey on Drug Use & Health, 2014). Further research is needed to identify efficient and cost-effective health care for treatment of mental illness (Abbass et al, 2015)
