Abstract
The annual day conference organised by the Institute of Physics Education Group on 14 November last had the catchy title Post-16 Modular Physics Courses: Shared Challenges for Schools, Colleges and HE. The meeting attracted some 70 members and turned out to be a very lively occasion, with impassioned protagonists for and against modularity needing very firm chairpersonship to avoid unseemliness. So a good time was had by all.
