Abstract

A 31-year-old man with no past medical history presented to the Family Medicine Skin Care Clinic for evaluation of a rash that he’d first noticed 1.5 years ago. There were no associated symptoms, but he noted that the rash “came and went” and was worse after going to the gym. Examination revealed multiple erythematous macules and patches with fine scale on the chest, upper abdomen, shoulders, and back.What’s your diagnosis?
