Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media Bacteriology Culturing and Drug Sensitive Experiment of Er Yannig

Abstract

Objective to study the chronic suppurative otitis media relations with bacterial infection and drug sensitivity test of Er yannig. Methods 55 cases of different type according to the regulation method of ear cavity samples of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media, test their anaerobic bacteria, aerobic bacteria respectively, and at the same time observe ear drug sensitive test. Results 55 pathogens of chronic suppurative otitis media patients 52 strains, including aerobic bacterium infection nine strains, accounting for 36.5 %. 18 strains of anaerobic bacteria infection accounted for 34.6 %, mixed aerobic and anaerobic bacteria infection 15 strains, accounting for 28.8 %; Er yanning drug sensitive test, the bacteriostasis of aerobic bacteria rate was 67.7–94.4 %, is sensitive to all anaerobic bacteria. Conclusion chronic suppurative otitis media by anaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria mixed infection, Er yanning has a dual antibacterial effect.KeywordsChronic suppurative otitis mediaEr yanning drug sensitive test
