Abstract
孤立性血小板增高慢性粒细胞白血病（CML）是一类临床症状不典型的CML，易与原发性血小板增多症混淆。本文报道2例以孤立性血小板增高为表现的CML，通过巨核细胞形态、分子生物学及细胞遗传学检测等手段加以甄别。临床应重视这类变异型CML的存在，以免误诊误治。
