Abstract
Clinical experience seems to indicate that larger muscle damages in some instances can become chronic and result in characteristic aggravation of symptoms due to neglect of the problem or when the patient receives traditional treatment for muscle damage. The possibility of a syndrome called chronic muscle damage syndrome is discussed through a case presentation.
