Abstract

A 37-year-old man with a history of cerebral palsy, bipolar disorder, and impulse control disorder presented to the emergency department with breathing difficulty and worsening malaise. He was admitted to the intensive care unit, and dermatology was consulted due to concern that the cutaneous findings were demonstrative of a vasculitic process.
