Abstract
4 Patients with chronic epidural haematoma are presented. Emphasis is placed 1. a) clinically on symptoms of an intracranial hypertension and 2. b) on the C.T.-scan demonstrating the presence of a homogenous clot. At operation the findings were a clotted haematoma encapsulated on the dural side and the still leaking blood vessel.
