Abstract
Polyelectrolyte anion exchangers based on commercially available nonsulfonated silicagels Silasorb 600 and Kromasil with modification of the latter by quaternized poly(4-vinylpyridine) have been proposed. Sorbents based on Kromasil allow simultaneous determination of 10 anions (CH3COO−, HCOO−, BrO3−, Cl−, NO2−, NO3−, I−, SCN−, ClO4−, SO42−) for 20 min and show high efficiency (up to 30000 tp/m) for NO3− in a variant of single-column ion chromatography with indirect spectrophotometric detection upon elution by the solutions of potassium hydrogen phthalate.
