Abstract

The purpose of the article is to find answers to the following questions: what is a modern choral score? Is it possible to identify patterns or differences in composing and performing scores? Is there a performing score in choral work at all? What features and functions are inherent in the modern choral performing score? The research methodology is a combination of practical, analytical and source-based approaches to the study of the modern choir repertoire, which allows us to create a typology of composing and performing scores as a system of communicative relationships between the composer, performer and listener. The scientific novelty consists in the identification in modern choral score of patterns of synthesis phenomenon, consisting in connection of note signs, poetic texts, graphic symbols indicating change of dynamics and stroke, as well as remaps with directions and wishes regarding performance (from timbre colour to misancial solutions) and ratio of these components. Conclusion. The performance score is designed to graphically and / or verbally capture the performance interpretation and identify the relationship between the choice of certain technical and expressive means and the implementation of emotionallyfigurative content; allows you to objectively judge the interpretation strategy of the singer. The performing score archives materials and allows you to penetrate the creative laboratory of the performing musician, helps to record and archive “relationships” with composer and poetic texts, and therefore the performing score can be another step towards understanding individual performing styles and principles of shaping in the synthetic thinking system . The choral performing score reflects the modern tendency to create textual polyphonic: to expand the number of performing texts due to interaction with various types of art (choreographic, scenographic, directorial, etc.)
