Abstract

Background and Aims: Cholesterol ester storage disorder (CESD) is a variant of Lysosomal Acid Lipase deficiency (LAL-D) and usually presents with dyslipidemia and liver involvement. No formal treatment guidelines exist. We present the effects of ezetimibe treatment and the radiological evaluation of steatosis in pediatric patients.
