Abstract
1. The o-and m-chloro substituted benzoyl derivatives of manganese and rhenium carbonyls were synthesized. 2. The decarbonylation reaction of the chlorobenzoyl derivatives were carried out, and o-and m-chlorophenyl metal carbonyls were isolated. 3. The IR and PMR spectra of the compounds synthesized were taken.
