Abstract

We review a description of low energy non-strange hadron physics in terms of a chiral non-linear meson theory. Nucleons emerge as chiral solitons. Their electromagnetic and axial form factors are discussed in detail. We emphasize the different sizes of charge and baryon number distributions in nucleons and discuss their implications for nuclear physics.
