Gute Mischung: o-Alkinylacetophenone werden in der Titelreaktion mit dem Hantzsch-Ester in guten Ausbeuten erhalten. Das entscheidende Intermediat für die Enantioselektivität ist ein Ionenpaar aus dem Carbonyl-Ylid und einem chiralen Phosphatanion. Der Prozess führt direkt zu hoch enantiomerenangereicherten chiralen Isochromenen.
