Abstract
洋地黄类药物历史悠久，曾被广泛应用于心力衰竭和心律失常的临床治疗。洋地黄类药物可改善心力衰竭患者的症状，降低慢性射血分数降低的心力衰竭患者的住院风险，也可用于控制心房颤动患者的心室率。为帮助我国广大临床工作者合理、规范的使用洋地黄类药物，中华医学会心血管病学分会、中华心血管病杂志编辑委员会组织专家，根据国内外最新临床研究成果，参考相关指南，结合我国国情及临床实践，撰写本专家共识，对洋地黄类药物的药理机制、临床研究证据、适应证、禁忌证以及使用方法等进行了全面的介绍。.
