Abstract
During 5000 years of civilization of Chinese history, there is an extremely rich sexual culture relic. As an author, I collected more than 3000 pieces of sexual relics in the past 20 years. I realized that many beneficial spiritual values of the Chinese sexual culture influenced modern people’s beliefs about sexual health. For example: “Shi, Se, Xingye” means: sex is the nature of human being. This idea is accepted and recognized by most Chinese common people in modern Chinese society. In the techniques of sexual life from the ancient relic, there are a great deal of ideas beneficial to resolving our realistic sexual health problems. The traditional theory is what we call “Yinyang Tiandiguan”, which means: sex is nature, don’t be oppressive; sex is happy, but don’t be yield oneself up; the couple should be in harmony, so as to keep spirit combined and so on. For this historical research, document analysis was used.
