Abstract
As the ruling party of China, the CPC attaches great importance to conducting checks and oversight over the exercise of power within the Party and over the exercise of the state’s administrative power and has gradually established the discipline inspection and oversight system of the Party and governments at various levels, and formed a series of discipline inspection and supervision mechanisms, procedures, and regulations.
