Abstract

Mature storage roots from two clones, Amarela de Carandai and Roxa de Vicosa, stored at 10°C showed only slight symptoms of chilling injury after 28 days. At 5°C both clones were moderately injured after 14 days and extremely injured after 28 days. Copyright © 2005 Whurr Publishers Ltd.
