Abstract

This study of the work of two children's authors will consist of a comparative analysis of individual texts. The aim is to produce a critical study of two children's fantasy writers by exploring the similarities and differences between their works. Their use of the tools of literary criticism such as themes, story, characterisation and genre representation is explored.
