Abstract

The way we treat our children is a good indicator of how we view our world, whether we engage with compassion or conflict, and whether abundance or austerity form the foundations of our belief. It seems that we are increasingly accepting economic segregation and systemic deprivation as inevitable components of the competitive world we inhabit, and that we take this situation as a given, as something we cannot change.
