Abstract
Child Abuse and sexual assault are some of the major issues in society that raise the question of institutional setup. The nature of child pornography in the 21st century is especially pernicious. Sex abuse images of children can easily be made using any smartphone or other handheld device and replicated and distributed across the globe within seconds. The paper discusses the issues and challenges of Child Pornography in India. The paper also deals with how to tackle these issues through proper laws and implementation of the policies.
