Abstract

Abstract This article includes a description of a recent adoption/custody decision of serious legal implications, with particular focus on the psychologists’ role highlighted by the appearance of six psychologists as “experts”; in the case. An argument for use of the consultation model, implemented by identifiable child specialists, in child custody determination is presented as an alternative to the multiple expert witness approach.
