Abstract

AbstractA chevron‐like configuration of ferroelastic domain structure was observed in rhombohedral ZrO2:Sc2O3 (10 mol%) and orthorhombic La0.95Sr0.05Ga0.9Mg0.1O3‐δ crystals using the Laue method. In the first case it was formed by the intersection of W‐type domain walls (100)c, (001)c and (101)c. In the second case it was formed by the intersection of W‐type domain walls (01$ \bar 1 $)o, (21$ \bar 1 $)o and (2$ \bar 1 $1)o. (© 2009 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
