Abstract

A combination of Vincristine, Cyclophosphamide and intrathecal Methotrexate has proved effective in obtaining a remission of a recurrent medulloblastoma metastatized to the spinal cord of a 5 years old boy. The remission has been lasting 4 months, before treatment switched again to radiotherapy.
