Abstract
AbstractCrystals of the new title compounds are synthesized by solid state reactions of MF2 (M: Sr, Ba), H3BO3, and NH4F (Pt crucible, 800 °C, 24 h) followed by hydrothermal reaction of the obtained powders with aqueous solutions of KF (for M: Sr) or KHF2 (for M: Ba) at 540 °C (welded silver ampules, 7 d).
