AbstractThe homobinuclear complexes (IV) and (VI) as well as the mononuclear Ni complexes (V) are obtained by template reaction of 2,6‐diformyl‐4‐chlorophenol (I) with the aminosulfonic acids (II) or 1‐aminoethanephosphonic acid in the presence of corresponding metal salts.
