Abstract
AbstractInclusion‐free single crystals of LiBeBO3, Li6Be3B4O12, and Li8Be5B6O18 are obtained from molten fluxes containing Li2CO3, BeO, and B2O3 by spontaneous crystallization (Pt crucible, cooling from 1000 °C in steps of 5 °C, 4—6 h holding time per step).
