AbstractEine neue Methode für die Synthese z.B. des Nucleotids (V) verwendet zur Aktivierung der Hydroxylgruppen der Komponenten (Ia) und (Ib) die Sn‐Spezies (II); die gebildeten stannylierten Nucleoside werden dann mit dem Dichlor‐phosphorsäureester (III) unter Bildung von (V) kondensiert.
