AbstractThe long‐lasting phosphorescence (LLP) phosphor Ca3 (PO4)2:1%Eu2+,1%Dy3+ is prepared by calcination of a stoichiometric mixture of CaCO3, NH4H2PO4, Eu2O3, and Dy2O3 in a 5%H2/N2 reducing atmosphere (Al2O3 crucible, 1480 °C, 4 h).
