AbstractAus den Säurehydrolysaten von mit Glutaraldehyd (II) behandelten Ovalbumin (I) werden die Pyridiniumchloride (III) und (IV) (Anabilysin) isoliert, deren Strukturen durch die angegebenen Synthesen bestätigt werden; bei der Synthese von (IV) entsteht auch das Monoalkylierungsprodukt (VIII).
