Many layered compounds, e.g. TiS 2 , MoS 2 , and FeOCl, have been investigated in order to improve the cathodic discharge and charge characteristics of secondary lithium batteries. In this study, FeOCl was modified by using an ion exchange reaction of the intercalation compound of FeOCl and aniline in order to improve the rechargeability of FeOCl
