AbstractDas Antitumoraktivität aufweisende Neplanocin A (I) wird nach Einführung der Disiloxanschutzgruppe mit Trifluormethansulfonylchlorid/4‐Dimethylaminopyridin/Pyridin zum Sulfonat (IVa) und mit N,N′‐Thiocarbonyl‐diimidazol zum Thiocarbonyl‐imidazolyl‐Derivat (IVb) umgesetzt.
