Abstract

AbstractHydrolysis of acetals of type (I) and (XII) followed by treatment with the sulfinic acid (III), α‐functionalized ketones, and urea or urea derivatives allows a simple and efficient access to γ‐azido‐β‐ureido ketones and/or their cyclic isomers.
