AbstractIt is demonstrated, that the novel phosphinooxazoline derivative (PHX) is an efficient ligand for the enantioselective allylic alkylation of silyl enol ether (I) and the diastereoselective decarboxylative allylic alkylation of the β‐ketoester (IV).
