Abstract
Das Aminophenylpyrrolidin-2,5-dion (V) wird als Strukturanaloges des Aminoglutethimid (VI) ausgehend von der Phenyl-butan- 1,2-dicarbonsäure (I) hergestellt und auf Inhibierung von Aromatase sowie des CSCC- Enzyms (CSCC: Cholesterol side chain cleavage) untersucht.
