Abstract

AbstractWährend die thermische Diels‐Alder‐Reaktion der Diene (Ia) bzw. (Ib) mit der Titelverbindung (II) wie bekannt die (lR,2R)‐konfigurierten Addukte (III) (nachfolgende Reduktion ‐+ (IV)) liefert, werden bei der Hochdruck‐ Reaktion von (I) und (II) ‐ ähnlich wie bei der Lewissäure‐katalysierten Reaktion ‐ vorwiegend die (1S,2S)‐Isomeren (V) (nachfolgende Reduktion ‐ (VI)) erhalten, wobei die optischen Ausb. (ee) mit zunehmendem Druck steigen (Tabelle, Diagramm); sie sind im Lösungsmittel Toluol jeweils etwas höher als in CH2C12.
