Abstract

AbstractUV/VIS spectra of the mixed oxidation state dimer (IIIB)/(IIIC), the reduced dimer (IIIA), and related monomers, and near IR spectroscopic studies show that variations in solvent can be used to control the oxidation state distribution within the Os ‐ Ru dimer (IIIB)/(IIIC) and, thus, to induce intramolecular electron transfer.
