Abstract
AbstractAgInSe2 powders are synthesized from aqueous solutions of In(NO3)3, AgNO3, citric acid, and ethylene glycol (heating of the obtained gel at 500 °C in air for 3 h), followed by addition of excess Se powder and heating in a horizontal tube (5 vol% H2/N2, 250—600 °C, 20—180 min).
