AbstractThe cocondensation of Mom‐protected 6,6′‐bis(3‐trimethoxysilylpropyl)‐(R)‐BINOL with 1,2‐bis(trimethoxysilyl)ethane (BTME) in an acidic medium using the P123 surfactant as the template affords mesoporous organosilicas (MOS) with bridging ethane and (R)‐BINOL in the framework and an ordered 2D hexagonal mesostructure.
