AbstractDie photoinduzierte Alkylierung des Enons (III) mit Ethylenglykol liefert ‐ nach Acetylierung ‐ ein Addukt (IVa), aus dem über die Stufe (IVb)/(Va) und (Vb) die Glycosid‐Strukturen (VIa) und (VIb) (trennbares Gemisch) aufgebaut werden, die der vermuteten Struktur (I) von Pillarose, dem Zucker‐Baustein von Pillaromycin‐A entsprechen.
